Positive Reflection

Instance that has the most powerful impact during amal journey is asking for help to my IEEE society for my mega project work.

I just started my final year and I have worked with IEEE for the last three years. During this journey we have arranged many science outreaches, technical workshops and talks. Now currently I’m working as a chapter chair in IEEE and for my mega project that is about land pollution we need to do awareness campaign. So I needed man power and also some funding from my society. I asked my core body for help because we are all from the same batch and I supposed that these guys will help me in understanding my problem. But what they did. They directly refused me to provide any help by giving me lame excuses that they need protocols and also a proper collaboration from Amal academy. They directly told me that if you will do this program, you are not allowed to put it into your project work. Actually they were supposed to consider that I’m doing Amal ambassadorship.

This incident made me explore my personal capacity

I found out my inner capability to do such a campaign. I have to do documentation of my program by myself and then I have to explain my Chairman what we are planning to do so that he can sign the permission letter. So by going extra mile for the 1st time like I have to arrange charts and also have to go to my university fellows to ask for help. I have changed my perspective about myself because by engaging in such a program I have to inform myself on each step that you can do this.

This incident made me realize that there are good and bad people around us.

when I found out that I have to do all tasks by myself so I exhibited my insight energy. By looking at me that I can do this program my society has to acknowledge me. My university fellows helped me a lot and I took this event positively for exploring my inner learnings.

honestly when this incident took place I was that much dishearten that I decided to leave my post. I was working with this society for three years and at the time when I needed help they never came. But if I look positively on this incident then I got a chance to explore my personal capacity.
